To reserve time for your event:
- Contact the Trustees and get permission from at least two Trustees.
- Send an email to the System Administrator with the following information:
- Date of event (any format).
- Starting time of event (any format).
- Duration of event (any format).
- Brief title for event.

window will pop up.
