To reserve time for your event:
- Contact the Trustees and get permission from at least two Trustees.
- If you don't see your event on the calendar in a few days, send an email to the System Administrator with the following information:
- Date of event (any format).
- Starting time of event (any format).
- Duration of event (any format).
- Brief title for event.
- The name of the Squad member responsible for the event
Dates showing in pink have scheduled events. To view the event, move your mouse over the date and a
window will pop up.
